The Retail Prophet (Doug Stephens) lives up to his name in this brief-but-high-impact presentation about the future of retail stores.

Now don’t panic too much during the first half of this 20-minute keynote!

Although some of the numbers and technology Doug throws at you may frighten you (and should frighten you!) he reveals the light at the end of the tunnel that could make the future of retail stores brighter than you can imagine.

Invest few moments to watch this video over your morning cup of coffee or during a lunch break. The ideas Doug Stephens will spark is well worth the time spent. My favorite part of the presentation was learning about the in-store hangers that display social media “Likes” of the fashion hanging from them in real-time — what was your favorite part?
